SHIPPING TIMES

Average processing time is 1-3 business days.

Made-to-order items (tumblers) could delay the above timeframe by 2-3 additional days. 

Business days do not include holidays or weekends. 

Holidays could impact the time at which you receive your order due to carriers being closed for shipment and or delayed due to high volume of deliveries.

Rest assured, we will ship out your items as soon as possible!

 

CARRIERS

Rings & Things orders ship either via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.

Upon receiving your order confirmation, we strongly recommend double-checking the provided shipping address and the items ordered for accuracy. Ensuring that all details are correct at this stage will help prevent any potential shipping issues or delays. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us promptly (within 4 hours) to make the necessary corrections. 

If you have not received an order confirmation within a reasonable timeframe after placing your order, please check your spam or junk email folder. ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or edit an order that has been placed, please contact us promptly (within 4 hours) to make the necessary corrections. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, understanding that circumstances may change. However, please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, no edits or cancellations can be made.

Upon order processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to the email address provided during purchase. If you do not find this email in your inbox, kindly check your spam or junk folder. Orders will be processed by Ship.com.
